CRACKBOND® POLYBLOC, POLYBLOC QUIKFIX, POLYFLEX & POLYFLEX QUIKFIX

Hydrophobic and Hydrophilic Polyurethane Water Stop Products

Hydrophilic and hydrophobic grouts are super low viscosity urethane injection systems pumped under pressure through hammer-in zerk type injection ports* to stop water ingression in concrete where water is present and/or actively flowing.  The purpose is not to repair the concrete but only to stop water flow.    Excellent elongation, compression, and resilience for use in cracks, or voids.  Hydrophilic grouts, once injected into a crack, will seek out water and work their way into water filled pores within the concrete.  Hydrophilic grouts are flexible and allow concrete movement without failing to function.

*Zerk ports (Part # BIP-P) for use with bulk product. Specialized plastic port (Part # CIP-P) available for use with cartridge application.

POLYBLOC

  • WQA Certified – Drinking Water System Components (NSF/ANSI /CAN 61) Joining and Sealing
  • Expands to 750 % of initial volume when cured in free rise environment and will yield approximately 7 to 8 lb./ft. foam
  • Can be used with up to 10% mix of POLYBLOC ACCELERANT to speed up reaction in cooler temperatures

POLYBLOC QUIKFIX

  • Available in cartridges for faster repair where pump application is impractical such as residential and commercial basements
  • Capable of filling large voids, cracks or expansion
  • Works in wet and dry environment cycles
  • Contains pre-mix of POLYBLOC ACCELERANT for quick and convenient application

POLYFLEX

  • WQA Certified – Drinking Water System Components (NSF/ANSI/CAN 61) Joining and Sealing
  • Hydrophilic, capable of absorbing up to 800 % of its own mass which allows for use in large water inflow applications
  • May be injected as a single component when sufficient water is present

POLYFLEX QUIKFIX

  • Available in cartridges for faster repair where pump application is impractical such as residential and commercial basements
  • Capable of filling large voids, cracks or expansion
  • Works in environments that are wet all of the time

CRACKBOND® POLYBLOC

  • Expands to 750 % of initial volume when cured in free rise environment and will yield approximately 7 to 8 lb./ft. foam
  • Solvent-free when combined with POLYBLOC ACCELERANT

CRACKBOND® POLYBLOC QUIKFIX

  • Viscosity at 77 °F (25 C), cP: Part A – 500 =+- 50, Part B – 620 +-50

CRACKBOND® POLYFLEX

  • Hydrophilic, capable of absorbing up to 800 % of its own mass
  • When reacting at 1 : 1 ratio w/ water will form a flexible foam; at 10 : 1 will form a gel membrane

CRACKBOND® POLYFLEX QUIKFIX

  • Viscosity at 77 °F (25 C) mixed, cP: 850 +- 150
