THE HYBRID POWERED BY INNOVATION

ULTRABOND® HYB-2CC is an IBC approved, high-speed, high-strength hybrid anchoring adhesive for cracked and uncracked concrete that can be applied in temperatures down to 23 °F. And for jobs where a quick cure rate is required, it will cure completely in 30 minutes at 70 °F.

With an installation temperature range of 48 °F to 108 °F, and a full cure in 4 hours at 93 °F, new ULTRABOND® EPX-3CC is the best code-approved high-performance and value-optimized adhesive for high-volume anchoring and doweling applications in vertical construction and transportation infrastructure.

Fast cure vinylester adhesive anchoring system

Two-component (10:1 mix ratio by volume), code compliant, fast cure, styrene-free, vinylester adhesive anchoring system. For use in cracked and uncracked concrete in accordance with ACI 355.4 and ICC-ES AC308.

Tried and true for more than 20 years, ULTRABOND® 1 has numerous DOT approvals and is available in bulk and cartridge in a multitude of sizes with a 1:1 mix ratio that makes it much easier to use. ULTRABOND® 1 offers longer working time for warmer climates with a wide in-service temperature range. It’s also moisture insensitive, allowing installation and curing in damp environments.

Extended Working Time in Warmer Weather

With slower curing for the warmest southern climates, ULTRABOND® 2 provides a long working time of 28 minutes @ 75°F (24°C) and in-service temperatures to 180°F. For anchoring threaded rod into concrete, ULTRABOND® 2 has a 1:1 mix ratio and 28 month shelf life.

High-Strength, Non-Sag Doweling Epoxy

Smooth, non-sag, non-abrasive consistency ideal for use in bulk dispensing systems without adverse wear on pumps. Extensive DOT approvals.

High-Strength, Fast Gel, Non-Sag Doweling Epoxy

ULTRABOND® 1300-FG is a two-component, fast-setting adhesive system that offers exceptional strength in anchoring and doweling applications. It is perfect for bonding applications that require a quick turn-around. It may be used in temperatures between 40 °F - 110 °F (4 °C - 43 °C) and this specially formulated nonabrasive epoxy system works extremely well in bulk dispensing pumps.

High-Strength, DOT Approved Anchoring Epoxy

With extensive DOT approvals, ULTRABOND® HS-200 is ideal for anchoring threaded rod, bolts and rebar dowels into concrete. With a long working time of 24 minutes and multiple embedment depth design tables, this anchoring epoxy offers a 2:1 mix ratio and a 28-month shelf life.

ULTRABOND® ASF-2000 is a domestically manufactured, two-component styrene free, acrylic adhesive used for anchoring and doweling applications in uncracked concrete with threaded rod and rebar.
