Rapid Cure Crack/Spall Repair

Two component, moisture insensitive, high modulus, epoxy paste available in cartridges and bulk kits. Ideal as a bonding agent, filler, capping material for crack injection or as a pick-proof sealant.

High Early Strength Modified Concrete

Polymer modified Portland cement blend of specialty aggregates and admixtures. Provides rapid setting, high strength, durable, concrete repairs.

Rapid Cure Crack/Spall Repair

NON-SAG, EASY TO DISPENSE, MULTI-PURPOSE REPAIR EPOXY

MIRACLE BOND ® REPAIR EPOXY is a multi-purpose, rapid cure, bonding, and repair adhesive. Its specially formulated, non-sag property is ideal for bonding most materials and perfect for both overhead and vertical repairs, while still being easily dispensed from most dispensing guns. It has an application temperature range between 40 °F (4 °C) and 110 °F (43 °C).

Flexible polyurea for filling control joints, saw cuts and active cracks

This elastomeric, Polyurea joint filler (formerly known as JF-311) allows 10-15% movement of installed joint width and can be used in temperatures between -40 °F to 120 °F (-40 °C to 49 °C). Available in cartridges and in bulk.

Fast cure polyurea joint filler

Rapid curing, polyurea control joint filler designed for heavy duty traffic and freezer applications. Low viscosity, self leveling and allows for 10-15% movement of installed joint width. Available in cartridges and bulk.

CRACKBOND® JF-90 HD is a two component, moisture insensitive heavy duty epoxy joint filler and crack filling material. Its semi-rigid design allows for use in industrial floors exposed to hard-wheeled forklift traffic. It shaves easily and may be used in temperatures between 60 °F and 120 °F (16 °C and 49 °C).

CRACKBOND® BRIDGE-GARD is a multi-purpose epoxy polymer concrete overlay system designed for high-stress infrastructure applications. It may be successfully applied and cured at temperatures between 65 °F and 95 °F (18 °C and 35 °C).

CRACKBOND® V65 HI-MOD (formerly known as CRACKBOND® HEALER/SEALER) is a two-component, deep penetrating, fast cure, high strength epoxy coating that will reduce intrusion of moisture and water soluble materials into concrete. The ultra-low viscosity (65 cP) allows superior substrate wetting that allows better penetration into static cracks of concrete surfaces. It may be successfully applied and cured at temperatures between 40 °F and 105 °F (4 °C and 41 °C ).

CRACKBOND® V120 LO-MOD is a two-component, moisture insensitive, low modulus, high strength epoxy healer/sealer penetrant, designed to seal micro cracks in bridge and parking structure decks and as an overlay for high friction surface treatment. The super-low viscosity (120 cP), allows superior substrate wetting that allows better penetration into static cracks of concrete surfaces. It may be successfully applied and cured at temperatures between 60 °F and 95 °F (16 °C and 35 °C ).

CRACKBOND® V200 HI-MOD is a two-component, moisture insensitive, high modulus, high strength epoxy healer/sealer deck penetrant, designed to prolong the life of concrete by sealing cracks against moisture and preventing chloride ion intrusion. The super-low viscosity (200 cP), allows superior substrate wetting that allows better penetration into static cracks of concrete surfaces. It may be successfully applied and cured at temperatures between 60 °F and 95 °F (16 °C and 35 °C ).
